Then for sides and desserts we had wonderful food brought by our wonderful Sisters! Recipes are already on the blog so see an older post if you want them.
I love this picture. You all think it is a picture of Sister Hanson, but it is really a picture of the smoke coming out of the grapevine...look just about the umbrella. It was pretty cool looking! I just got lucky with Sister Hanson being there.
Ok this should be a video, it was a race to somewhere dry. The sky just opened up on us and dumped a couple of those fire buckets of water on us! It was coming down pretty good but the Sister's were really good sports about it!
If you look close in the background you can see the sheets of rain!
No harm done, thanks to all the trees and umbrella. Once it stopped we went right back to eating and visiting!
The Bishop finally arrived!
To finish off the night we did a whose who in the Circle of Sisters! The sister's wrote one thing that no one knew about them down on a circle piece of paper and the bishopric had to guess who was who! We didn't get to finish, because it started to rain again. Good things we stopped it when we did because the next batch of rain was a lot worse than the first!
We had a really fun night and I'm glad you all could make it! Make sure you save some time in July 2014 to do it all over again!
