Waffle Cookies

Waffle Cookies

Melt together

• 3 squares chocolate
• 1 cup margarine or butter

Cool slightly
Add and mix well

• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups sugar

Add and mix well

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Drop by small tablespoon on each section of waffle iron and bake 1 minute, cool then ice.

Icing
Melt together

• 1 square chocolate
• 5 TBS butter
• 1/4 cup mild
  
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar.

Add

• 1 1/2-2 cups powdered sugar so it makes a spreading consistency.

These are delish with or without the frosting....
